We are sad to announce the death of Bill Kidd on August 22nd 2015 aged 85 shortly after that of his wife Trish.
Bill had been a member of Heaton Round Table and on moving to Whickham, joined our 41 Club being an active member becoming Chairman in 1983/84 and 1995/96. Probably Bill's greatest contribution was the many years as Club Treasurer keeping our finances in good order as to be expected of the village bank manager. Bill and Trish will be sorely missed.
