Hoddesdon 41 Club

Dave died on 15th January 2015, aged 81, having suffered the last years of his life with motor neurone disease.

He was a prominent local businessman with a thriving Surveyors and Estate Agents firm. He joined Hoddesdon Round Table in the early sixties and became Chairman in 1969. He was a founder member of Hoddesdon 41 Club in 1973 and became its Chairman in1976. He was always an active member with a wicked sense of humour which will be sadly missed. Dave was a keen sea sailor and also a golfer of note winning a number of club trophies at East Herts Golf Club. He was Captain of East Herts in 1980 and President from 2009 to 2013. He leaves a partner Pusser Brooks and two boys Murray and James and their families to whom our condolences go.
