Ian Brown - Mosely & Heart of England 41 Clubs
It is with sadness that I have to inform you that our good friend Ian Brown sadly passed away this evening.
Ian has been suffering with a blood disorder for some time and his immune system was no longer working
Ian was in ICU at the QE and his wife Eli and his sister Jean were beside him at the time of his passing.
It is early days yet but as soon as the funeral arrangements are arranged then you will be notified.
Ian held many positions of office in Round Table and 41 Club, a true gentleman, friend, knowledgable and someone who one would go to for his opinion or advice. Gosh he will be sadly missed.

On behalf of Eli (Liz) I am now able to let you have details of the funeral arrangements
of Ian.
The funeral will take place on the morning of Wednesday the 4th October 2023 at 10.00 o’clock.
It will take place at Robin Hood Crematorium, Streetsbrook Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3NL. No specific dress code.

Afterwards you are invited to join the family for Refreshments at Copt Heath Golf Club, 1220 Warwick Road, Knowle, B93 9LN.
The family have asked that donations in memory of Ian should be made out to ‘Blood Cancer Uk’, Suite 31, Bonnington Bond, 2 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP. Alternatively if you wish to Donate Online, please go to ‘Bloodcancer.org.uk’ & press Donate. Please ensure you include the name of Ian Brown.
There will also be a collection box at the Service.
