Former member of Welling Round Table 503 and Welling 41 Club
Noddy died peacefully at home just a few days before his 85th birthday
He and his late wife Heather are survived by their sons Dean and Nigel.
Noddy joined Table in 1970 and has been a servant to our movement for over 50 years
Born by the River Thames in Gravesend Kent, he became a Lighterman and Master Mariner, working the River for his entire working career.
He was also an enthusiastic restorer of Thames Sailing Barges.
He was a good friend and will be missed.
