Paul Collett - Hornchurch 41 Club
It is with great sadness that Hornchurch have to announce that our friend and fellow club member Paul Collett died on Wednesday 2nd February following a short illness. He was 75 years old.
Serving both Hornchurch Round Table and 41 Club for nearly 50 years, Paul was a popular and well respected member of both clubs. It was, however, within the local business community that Paul was a much loved and respected figure. His knowledge of the finance industry and an ever open door helped so many local people, families and companies resolve the financial problems which life always presents. His generous advice was always sound and very often he was able to find a satisfactory resolution to most problems. Upon news of his death, the number of messages of condolence being received by Paul’s family and indeed, our club has been a clear indication of the high esteem in which Paul was held by the local people of Hornchurch. Rest easy now Paul, you will be greatly missed.
