Dawson Clark - Newcastle upon Tyne 41 Club

We are sad to announce the sudden death at 82 of our Secretary and respected member, Dawson Clark, on 23^rd June 2014. Dawson, a retired teacher, joined 41 Club in 1987 and served as secretary from 1997 until his death. His minutes displayed a nice wit and he regularly contributed a joke or two at meetings. His funeral was well attended by friends from 41club and other clubs, of which he was an active member. Dawson lost his wife, Shirley, last year and leaves a daughter, Gillian, and two grandsons. He will be sadly missed by his many friends.
