| The Annual General Meeting took place in Liverpool on Saturday, 20th April. The minutes are in the process of being typed up, but here are the highlights: Election for National Vice President Jason Thomson was elected National Vice President. National Secretary and National Treasurer Bernard Elwen remains in post for a further year as National Secretary, and Colin Steen takes over from Kevin Lovett as National Treasurer. 2025 Budget This was approved by the meeting, with the amendment of an additional £1k in the International Officers Expenses budget line. The annual capitation remains at £20 for 2025. Resolutions - Resolution 1 – Incorporated Status – This was CARRIED
- Resolution 2 – Notice of proposed amendments to the budget – This was LOST
- Resolution 3 – Raising the threshold for clubs to disaffiliate – This was LOST
- Resolution 4 – Introduction of Secretary-Elect and Treasurer-Elect – This was CARRIED
- Resolution 5 – Assistance for National Comms & IT Officer – This was WITHDRAWN
- Resolution 6 – Canvassing. The amendment put forward by National Council was withdrawn, and the substantive resolution was LOST
