ALL CLUB CONTACTS AND CLUB CHAIRMAN
As you know we ask and encourage all members to provide us with an e-mail address so we can communicate with them in a cost effective manner, and provide updates of local and National initiatives, including our bimonthly Newsletter.
It is a requirement under the Data Protection Act to ensure that our members provide their address willingly for the purposes of communicating to them 41Club information. We give our assurance that our e-mail address list will NEVER be shared or given to any third party – the intention being that you only ever receive communications from 41Club and no-one else.
Once a member’s e-mail address is entered on our system – we will assume it has been given willingly for the purposes detailed above. We will not verify this permission with the user, however anyone who wishes their address not to be used should contact us and it will be immediately removed.
We would ask all Club Contacts to make their members aware of this fact.
